• November 1994 - March 2005: Auditor and senior auditor for two renowned international accounting firms, recently carried out annual account audits according to HGB and IFRS, US-GAAP and UK-GAAP (including reporting in English); furthermore conducted credit checks, audits on compliance with the Depotgesetz (the German Safe Custody Act) and the Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (the German Securities Act, WpHG), carried out internal auditing and due diligence for credit institutions and financial services companies
• Self-employed since April 2005
• Managing partner at Greis & Brosent GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft since 2007 as certified public accountant
